Join us in celebrating our 2018-2019 queer & trans* graduates for successfully completing their degree & for all their contributions throughout their time at UC Merced.
Lambda Alliance and LGBTQ+ Initiatives, in the Office of Student Life, and at the University of California, Merced is pleased to announce the 5th Annual Lavender Graduation Reception. The Lavender Graduation Reception is an annual cultural ceremony that recognizes LGBTQ+ scholars of all intersecting identities and acknowledges the tenacity for creating positive social change by being part of the UC Merced graduating class. Our dedication to honoring the lived experiences and triumphs of our LGBTQ+ and Ally graduates is rooted in the desire to create a welcoming, inclusive and affirming environment. Lavender Graduation Reception is open to all LGBTQ+ and Ally undergraduate and graduate students.
